Our little pepper is getting bigger, Ariana can’t wait to eat him with some ranch dip. We’re hoping that he gets some friends soon.
We were so excited yesterday to pick the first strawberry of the season, and on Father’s Day, at that! We have a few more that are starting to ripen. As we really didn’t expect any strawberries this year, as my mom has tried them before without any luck, we’re real happy with the strawberry patch and hope to expand it some next year.
We’ve been eating our spinach and lettuce for a few weeks now, and they’re both thriving. Even my little herb garden is starting to actually look like an herb garden!
Hey, this gardening stuff may be more fun now that we’re actually seeing (and eating) some of the fruits of our labors!
We’ve also finally gotten both our bedroom and David’s bedrooms painted this past weekend. Yeah! Only three rooms left to paint – and then well, there is still the front room…
