The new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher, Professor Remus Lupin, turns out to be one of Harry’s best allies, and also a best friend of his parents. Professor Lupin helps Harry to face the terrifying presence of the dementors and to learn a bit more about his parents lives.
When Harry is faced with the truth about escaped prisoner Sirius Black, he goes looking for trouble. He then learns the horrible truth about a lot of people, Professor Lupin’s furry little problem, Scabbers – Ron’s rat’s terrible secret, and the truth about Sirius Black.
