Well, it took four months, but we have finally closed on our construction loan. All that’s left to do is wait for the building permit to be approved, which we’re not expecting a problem with, as we had all our t’s crossed and all our i’s dotted, or so we’re told.
One waiting period over, another beginning…
If all goes as planned, according to the time line set up now, we should be perm closing in mid-September, and ready to move in… Let’s keep our fingers crossed!
