What is there to say about us? (If you want to see pictures of us, check out our photo albums.)

I (Haley) am a free lance web designer, computer nerd, municipal authority secretary, work from home wife and mother. I’m an avid reader, I’ll read anything and everything I can get my hands on, from technical manuals to almost all genres of books. My favorites lately have come from the science fiction and fantasy genres. Such as Stephen King, J. R. R. Tolkien, and of course my all time favorite Terry Goodkind. I also like to try my hand at quilting, embroidery and cross stitching – but who has the time, when you work 40 plus hours a week and try to be a good wife and mother.

My Husband (Russell) works in warehousing, is un-technically and mechanically inclined, but is a wonderful husband and father. His hobbies include driving me crazy and sleeping. He also seems to like to work in the yard, but why is beyond me!

Our son, (David) is a brighter than average seventh grader who has decided he hates being smart, as it puts him in all the advanced classes in junior high. Most of his free time is spent playing video games and fighting with his sister.

Our daughter, (Ariana) is a kindergartener whom loves school, but wishes she had more than two days off every week. She is our resident artist, she loves to color and craft, she’s also very good at driving her brother crazy, and getting our dogs all wound up.

Our four legged friends (all males) are Jacket, a jack russell terrier – born 12-17-06, Lewy Lewster, a pomeranian-chihuahua Mix – born sometime around the end of April 2007 (he’s our shelter pup, so we don’t have an actual birthday for him), and Woobie (a.k.a. – Snowflake), a pomeranian – born 10-8-07. They are a handful some days, but we love them dearly.

We have just built a new home in the hills of north western Pennsylvania, in central Jefferson County, near Knox Dale.

We try to travel as much as possible as a family, but with young kids and three puppies, we don’t get to do as much traveling as we would like lately. So we often spend some time in the national forests and state parks that surround our area. Anywhere that we can take the boys (the dogs) with us.
